📊 Evaluation Framework

How Council Evaluations Work

Each software opportunity is evaluated individually by all council members. They score on a 0-10 scale and render a verdict: BUILD, MAYBE, or SKIP.

Weighted Scoring

Council members have different weights based on their expertise areas. Financial analysts and feasibility experts carry higher weights than generalists. The final aggregated score determines rankings.
